‘Communicating trials with different audiences’: 22nd Nov 2002 – HRB TMRN
23 October 2022
About this event
Communicating about clinical trials can be challenging for many reasons, not least the need to communicate to a variety of audiences inside (trial team) and outside (public, funders etc) the trial. But the challenge is worth our effort because it is up to us researchers to ensure that the potential benefits of science reach all people and that participants and communities understand and can engage productively as full partners in the research process. We are hosting a study day on November 21st, on the theme of communicating trials to different audiences. We will address communication to funders, the trial team, participants and policy makers. Our PhD researchers focusing on communication will also show case their work/plans in a 3-minute slot. Join us to talk all things about trial communication.
