NCTO Manager, HRB – National Clinical Trials Office, College of Medicine & Health, UCC

Specific Purpose, Whole Time Post (Anticipated duration of 15 months)

University College Cork invites applications for an experienced Manager who will drive the implementation of its agreed programme of work and business plan in line with the aims and objectives of the National Clinical Trials Coordination Programme 2021, working in close collaboration with the award PI.

With the support of the Health Research Board, Enterprise Ireland, UCC and the seven University-based Clinical Research Facilities/Centres (CRFs/Cs) in the Republic of Ireland the Health Research Board – National Clinical Trials Office (HRB NCTO), will deliver on the aims of the National Clinical Trials Coordination Programme 2021 over the remaining 15 month term of its funding award.

The Manager of HRB NCTO will drive the implementation of its agreed programme of work and business plan in line with the aims and objectives of the National Clinical Trials Coordination Programme 2021, working in close collaboration with the award PI.

The Manager of HRB NCTO will report to the PI of the HRB NCTO award and to the HRB NCTO. They will lead the HRB NCTO team and will work closely with Study Feasibility and Start up Coordinator staff located across the CRFs/Cs network. They will comply with HR policies of UCC as their employer.

Salary: €113,550 per annum
